Who are the movers and shakers in the Phoenix market?

Even with just clean-up related costs for a little bit of water it would probably run a few thousand with air movers, dehumidifiers, pumping out (if needed cost), and mildewcides

What you got was a paid education.. you learn how deals are done you learn terminology you learn who the mover and shakers are etc etc..

If they want a janitor on the premises at all times, you have to add the salary of such person that will keep the building clean, be on the premises to open for movers, utilities companies, help solve small problems, plus your company fee for gathering assessments, sending monthly bills, pay their bills.

I'm hoping to make a move really soon.I'm so glad I found this wonderful community with so many helpful people.

It is going to be important to run the numbers but @Brandon Turner invests in Aberdeen and is successful and its a lot more in the middle of no where then Kelso.

@Juan Silva as for 1 or 2% you can do that in some of the little dead and dying towns around W Washington think Aberdeen  Ocean shores   Long beach...
