You'll be able to kerp track of the flow if you set up choke points and stsging areas and minimize helpers with sticky fingers. 

I then looked at the comps with new houses on them and realized that we may be in the best position to do the building, since my husband is a framing carpenter/jack- of-some-trades, has some connections to find helpers, and we could do owner-builder.

Everything else I did myself with a helper.

All after a rough month where both my trucks broke down and I lost my helper. 

I was a contractor in Fl for a long time so I rehab my own with a couple 12.00 hour guys as helpers so my rehab costs are lower than most since I do alot myself.

We didn't have a gc just a handyman and a helper.

Just getting access to it, there is no way you have learned all the little things you can tweak to make it do what you need, dig deeper into it and its a pretty powerful helper.

And then there's 2 priceless events: Let's Make A Deal where Don and his helper analyze deals for legs and tears them apart if not...The other is the Haves & Wants meeting where people literally just announce what they have & want in real estate, and have transacted close to 1 Billion in sales since it's inception.
