I am focusing on roughly 12 unit properties in the Hixson, Soddy, Red Bank area or renovating something on the outskirts of downtown and creating something similar.

We are applying for an ADU in San Mateo, ca. 640 sf 1 bed 1 ba.Just the permit will cost about 10 k, with all the green building, demo recycling, all kinds of bureaucracies.However, the added value is around $800/sf, or $400k ish.The actual building cost we estimate around 100k-130k.

We are looking for great quality work, although it wouldn't an all out flip using the most expensive material.

We are searching for a house with a guesthouse, duplex, triplex or four plex in the urban core of Oklahoma City.

Renting might make sense, but honestly, if the market gets better, maybe it works, but if the market drops, and the renters wear and tear the place, it could make things worse.

We are looking to buy a house within walking distance of the blue line and most houses in that area do not have garages.

We are billed quarterly by the town- receiving the bill about 1 month after the service date on the bill and payable about 3- 4 weeks from receipt.
