He's studying to get his real estate license and really wants to work in commercial real estate due to his extensive experience in commercial construction and his interest in the industrial, warehouse and mission critical facilities.Are there positions within commercial real estate brokerages that he could work part-time (nights, weekends, days off from W-2) once he gets his license?

Perhaps an empty lot 3 years ago is now a nice new apartment building or an empty store was converted into a nice coffeeshop.
