Quickly learned its completely 2 different areas and I want to be focused on investing, my goal is to get started in buy and hold rental properties to create passive income and financial freedom down the line.

Some even have rules that they do not want you investing yourself as the main focus only selling with clients so you have to check in advance.With the larger firms generally a new agent is put on a team.So if commission total was 100,000 to listing brokerage then about 50% or 50k goes to the brokerage.

I currently am focused on working as an investor realtor via AirBnBs in Galveston.

My primary focus is wholesaling & acquiring rental properties.

With vacation rentals (especially in upscale, high-revenue areas on the beach) amenities such as pools, lazy rivers, landscaped grounds, exercise areas, etc are key in attracting year-round visitors.

Are you solely focused in Kansas?

Decide how much money you have access to, & the zip codes, city or state you want to focus on.

I love Cape Town and visit often as well as having very close South African friends so I have some context for it being a challenging time in the country.If you are looking into the crystal ball many years down the road I would suggest your focus should be on the southeast of the US away from the coast.
