adding here: The lawyer wrote a letter to a different *** saying:Their documents (not ours, so this may not be true for ours ) give them the "right" with a 2/3 vote of the board, to go onto the property, repair, and ASSESS which becomes part of a LIEN (read foreclosure) (not fine).Note--this is NOT what the MC said--that STATE LAW allows tresspass.
