I like most transitioned from SFR to MFR and have been able to build a portfolio of over 500 doors in MF.

Some sellers have the luxury of being able to make a life transition and still carry their old home a while in order to launch their listing during Prime Time, but others aren't financially able to and sometime need to list in December. 

There are honestly a million questions I could ask about a life transition like this, but the mindset of a person who accomplishes something like this is the most intriguing.

And sending a subpoena to the company who dispersed the rehab draws will also show who financed this transition.

I hope to eventually transition out of my full-time job and go full-time into real estate, but my hope is to get my training done, and business up and running first while maintaining a steady income stream before jumping in full-time.
