Real estate firm for new & part-time realtors Charlotte, NC

I understand that real estate is not a part-time gig, but I am currently going through the NC pre-broker class to sit for my licensing exams in early January. I hope to eventually transition out of my full-time job and go full-time into real estate, but my hope is to get my training done, and business up and running first while maintaining a steady income stream before jumping in full-time. Unfortunately my family needs my current salary to stay afloat. My current day job does give me quite a lot of flexibility to take care of real estate business through out the day. That said...is there a real estate firm near Davidson, NC that would be more flexible for someone in my situation? It seems a lot of firms really don't like part-timers or the training is purely at specific time and locations during the work week. I was hoping to get some better input. Thanks in advance.
