It looks like southern Minneapolis (South of the 394 fwy in the west and south of the 94 fwy on the eastern side of Minneapolis and stretching into St Paul) are the areas to search for properties.

Here, in South Florida, at least 40% of distressed homeowners have values less than the mortgages. 

Literally millions of people visit here every year, and it's so much more cost effective to rent a house instead of a hotel, and the short term friendly zoning south of Disney makes this an incredible market to get into.
