@Joe Splitrock good catch.having been in the finance side of distressed assets for more than a few decades I see this stuff routinely.. you should see the 5 hoarder houses I bought this year... stuffed to the rafters with stuff stink so bad you need a bunny suit..

This term is somewhat subjective but typically this means they want to see the home has walls up, outside finished, etc.

I don't see the point in paying off your debt any sooner, especially if you are getting higher returns from your investment than what the bank is charging you in interest.

it 'sounds' like more complexity to open a IRA that would be still owned by the SDIRA, I believe.I do see the benefit of moving excess funds out of the LLC, I'm not really there yet.Thanks for the info on the 'know your customer' that helps.I'm just trying to get a better return on $15K than the .4% interest at the money market savings account, while I build up cash to purchase the next rental....ThanksBruce

I want to automate the showing process, by having prospects registering (sending maybe a copy of the DL) and providing them a unique code within a specific time window to go and see the property.
