They seem to work well to get more opens/attention and some get their panties in a tangle over it but it is what it is.If an email can piss some people off, I wonder how sensitive they are to anything that happens in the day to day life

Hmm so it sounds like this week doesn't work great for everyone, but weekday evenings do seem to be better overall. 

That should be common sense, and seems like some people who failed (of no fault but your own) want to take it out on the only external excuse they can target.Anyway, right after his 3 day training, I hit the ground running.

I don't even have a security deposit and the card they have on file is not even active anymore so I assume all the 3rd party company could do is take me to collections which I would fight since these charges seem extreme to me.

I'm going to preface this with I'm not an accountant or certified tax-preparer but the previous advice seems slightly off (maybe based off old forms). 

Seems like this should have been easily discoverable with less than an hour of legwork with the county or town/city. 

Another vote for Schlage Encode (easy setup if you use Android, very reliable, great battery life even with heavy usage) and more straightforward for us than Yale Assure (which we also tested).

The materials themselves seem quite cheap.
