Privy vs flipster

Which is better and why? Privy or Flipster. I am jumping head first into wholesaling, after spending a bunch of money on what seems like a waste of time mentorship, which will remain unnamed. (There was good info as well as the contracts needed, but as far as mentorship, next to none). Anyways I decided to jump in and start on my own. Am currently looking for affordable crms which Flipster does have as well as on market access which both privy and flipster has. I am in Texas which is a nondisclosure state, but should I choose a virtual market and not need the MLS access? Any advice helps, thanks.
