Everybody's freedom 'number' and idea of what freedom looks like is a little different.Mine was more of a 'freedom from' goal.  

Turnkey is a great solution for people looking to build passive income and, if done long enough, to create financial freedom.

Also what is the best way to go about finding buyers with that much buying power?

Have seller sign a warranty deed, lease option (get this recorded immediately), put all mortgage papers, provide a limited power of attorney only for dealing with the mortgage (record this one), etc.

And later on, in order for me to work with a realtor should I have the seller give me a power of attorney so I can deal with the realtor directly? 

I am determined to achieve not only financial freedom through real estate but one day great wealth.

I realize that real estate is a powerful vehicle to ride and build investment capital with, among other things.

@Josh Shaw I think these are slightly over priced and there is clearly some expenses missing, but the power of multifamily is the ability to value add.
