Just starting out, Would love some advice

Hello all,

My name is Michael Fasano. Currently i am a Construction Manager for a real estate developer. I am looking to get involved into real estate investing(always have, finally just saved up enough to really start pursuing and stop reading books on it). I am looking to shadow someone in the Morris County, NJ or Essex County, NJ area. Id like to go to auctions, see some of there projects, just get advice and just learn! Knowledge is power! I would Also love to give someone some construction advice on certain things, budgeting for projects and take offs.
