What led you to start the process with them?

They had planned on moving back home but he ended up getting admitted into the hospital due to his lung issues.

I would just add that we do a full attorney review of LLC docs prior to closing loans and the vast majority still have issues that need to be fixed/amended (albeit this is a short easy process typically). 

I have had cash tenants and Sect. 8 that display that sort of mindset and usually you can see it in the screening process.....as soon as I see it, I am able to gracefully slip out of the conversation and go a different direction.   

I had a buyer back out after closing because he did not like his finance companies process.
