We are starting to involve the kid a little bit with stamping envelopes but the results are not always...desirable.If I want to go looking at properties, weather and neighborhood permitting, I'll usually throw my kid in the car and drive around with them.

I have just learned ( and of course i am no expert in STR) that in many cities and now it appears Charleston.. that you can do a STR if you owner occupy the property without special permit..so am building a few projects right now that include a main house in front and in back and really cool 2 bd 2.5 bath smaller home of about 1250 sq ft.. that would make an AWESOME STR  just mintues from downtown..
