I would like to get into rental properties specifically of the multifamily nature (quads would be ideal for me). 

Pros and cons - pro: that area is growing and values should continue to increase.

The cultural scene is growing all the time, and I think more people will discover St.

I am in the process of adding additional buildings to it.My point is keep analyzing until the proper calculations are second nature.  

When I was growing up, my dad never owned a car, while in NYC, not unusual, but many of our neighbors do.

Most pundits project the front range to continue to grow in population.

I live in a small but growing Southern New Hampshire town and have been negotiating with the owner on the purchase of this 3 unit building. 

It would be my dream to help it continue to grow, like my Grandmother did for me!
