Someone with experience analyzing and making recommendations re: existing investment property portfolio... and making adjustments/recommendations for a retiree.My mother is a lifelong property investor with over 15 (single family mostly) properties owned.

Coming from a construction job and background I have some connections to help me with that if need be.My mother has agreed to cover the closing cost so these are my thought on it.

Picture something bad - Just this morning I saw there was a fire in a local duplex and a child with downs was inside the home and the mother died trying to rescue him.

It was a 3/2 with a mother in law suit.

Please do not just select someone because they are your friends' brother/sister/mother/uncle etc...Plan on interviewing several them until you find the right one! 

@Lennox Matsinde I recently bought an SFR a couple blocks from Othello lightrail and converted the basement to a 1BR mother-in-law.

I'd have your agent do a CMA looking for those, or if not maybe mother-in law suites.  

The seller is the executor of her mothers will and was ready to sell it to my for land value $3000.
