Now, I invest in mobile homes in PA and looking to buy mobile home park.

I am a newbie mobile home investor.  

Also include some mechanism for increasing rents and providing adequate notice.Tenant screening is extra important since they are both a roommate and tenant.In terms of taxes, part of your property will be a rental and part will be your primary dwelling. 

Currently, i'm a graduate student in mechanical engineering, but can't see myself working my whole life for a company that will limit my potential.

can anyone tell me how to pick up repo or discounted mobile homes in south ga.I am purchasing a 3 acre track that is zoned for mobile homes and I am interested in buying 3 to 4 mobile homes to put on it.

I am looking at various ways to invest in mobile homes.

In fact my wife and I travel extensively so I'm not sure what he really means by "hands on" but I will be finding out when we meet to explore the opportunity in more detail.But it's a very successful property management company with lots of prime residential, mixed use, commercial/retail and even some mobile/manufactured home parks/properties in the portfolio.

I cant really wait much longer and would like to explore different funding mechanisms but never have, so I don't know where to start.This is a fantastic project with a great deal of professional expertise put into it. 

I don't know about laws in your state, but here in TX your homestead is generally protected as long as you pay your mortgage, taxes, HOA fees, and don't allow mechanics liens to be placed on it.
