I do not know the answer but I would suggest you not rely on the anonymity aspect of anything today.

Also, focus on 2 years of job/income stability.Class D Properties:Cashflow vs Appreciation: Typically, all cashflow with zero or negative relative rent & value appreciationVacancy Est: 20%+ should be used to cover nonpayment, evictions & damages.Tenant Pool: majority will have FICO scores under 560, little to no good tradelines, lots of collections & chargeoffs, recent evictions.

. * "It's a red state (land lord friendly)"* "rent to value ratio is attractive"* "growing populations, job growth and migration" I realize these remarks can be construed as anecdotal but they come up with frequency nevertheless.

I would suggest Roseville/Rocklin area for schools and best area to live in.

I had a suggestion yesterday and they said they would implement it. 

BP doesn't hide real names of users which adds validity to whats posted on here and I think this site does a good job of keeping guru spam out. 

You can still do something like you suggest, but maintain more control.
