I am seeking to establish a Land Trust for the purpose of acquiring a property while maintaining anonymity in a creative deal. This is my first time setting up such a trust, and I am based in Texas. I would appreciate guidance on the best approach to this process to avoid any potential mistakes.

1. Does the Trustee if done in Texas needs to be a person or can it be a Wyoming LLC which as anonymity?
