Hi everyone.I'm under contract for buying a house in North Jersey.

I'm A licensed Realtor in PA and New Jersey.

I am in New Jersey and right now, like everywhere else, properties are way overpriced so we have been just sitting on the sidelines since last year waiting for the housing market to settle down. 

So i'm looking to buy a house within the Central Jersey area and i was wondering if i could put a third person on the loan.

I typically see these properties in Jersey City, Bayonne, Hoboken. 

Hello BP Community,     I've found that the banks in North Jersey are unwilling to sell below market value on their REOs.

For some reason northern New Jersey seem very slow when it comes to wholesaling deals I want to know if anyone who wholesale in New Jersey do they feel that New Jersey is a good market for wholesaling 

As New Jersey consistently ranks high on lists of states where its population is leaving in higher numbers that are moving in.
