Interacting in the forums is an excellent want to meet people as well.

So my point was simply that many of the interactions for a newer investor and the stronger interactions for sure are probably with newer investors.

Almost all experienced RE investor can probably tell you that they've had at least 1 pivotal conversation or interaction or relationship that changed *everything.* Either it made/saved them 100's of thousands of dollars, or drastically changed their trajectory.

The forums are a great place to interact with other like minded folks.

The point I want to get across is real estate investing requires physical interaction with property.

I say this with the perspective of living abroad for large portions of my life and interacting with people from al over the world.

I have bought SFR, but this is my first time interacting with commercial real estate agents.
