I have 4 properties, does putting them in an LLC and having Children as members in the LLC prevent them paying inheritance taxes since properties are a business and children are members in the business.

Listening to BP podcasts with guests casually strewing their cash flow numbers around...it can be inspiring but also too easy to be enamored by those numbers when in reality when stuff happens...its likely not the amount you’ll actually be getting.Having said all that though, I’m glad you’re taking action!

@Kayla Hicks, First Question: Was the property legally abandoned, meaning the owner formed the thought in his/her head that they would never again return, never try to sell the property, never try to redeem, never give it to their children, etc? 

And what mom does not want the best for their children?

I would read Rich Dad Poor Dad for inspiration, The Wealthy Gardener for life, and the the E myth for business.

These lower LTVs are killing me so thanks for the response and the inspiration.
