After scrolling past literally hundreds of STRs that all look the same, you'll need a reason for people to click on your listing. 

My school has an account with TRANE, Johnstone and several other big name companies, have done several hundreds of thousand of dollars worth of equipment purchases in my ten years at the company.

Maybe they have a long term evil plan to replace everyone who is paying them - maybe even landlords...There is a major difference between selling small consumer items, or a $10 Netflix subscriptions, or a $20 car rides versus selling real estate worth hundreds of thousands.

It’s my job to review hundreds of plans; it’s surprising what information people give out.

Add a few hundred bucks to $X, because they leave some things out of that price, but it will at least give you an idea.

The math indicates a good couple hundred bucks per month cashflow.  

You can get cash flow with SF but I wouldn't expect to see more than a few hundred per month.
