@Fred Heller Your points are well taken and I think I'm seeing that no arrangement perfectly aligns interests: it's a classic principle/agent dilemma.

I have worked in the medical field, the health insurance industry, and most recently the automotive industry.

That's my dilemma as of now.  

May be i can pay for a Cherry bucket and get a Dr's letter that says the privacy and health reason.

Banks won't lend on them for usually health and safety reasons.
