I did a quick google search to try and find the Connecticut landlord/tenant laws but every where i was directed wasn't anything near what I was looking for.  

@Donna I have 2 methods. 1 I went through local classified ads and looked up keywords like we buy houses,sell house fast,I buy houses etc..

 + search key words like motivated seller, must sell, bring all offers, divorce, short sale

If they are only relying on technology, they are probably missing opportunities.I would recommend googling the address.

Of course I've found several companies through Google searches, but two problems: 1) most of them seem to be focused on bank REO's and are probably not set up to handle smaller accounts like me, and 2) it would be easy for them to take me to the cleaners since the whole idea is for me to be as hands-off as possible.
