Who can I contact when I've come across a a listing that is 150+ days old on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc. ? 

I know I get shut down a lot on BP for being equity heavy and debt light.. but its that net worth in my business that allows me to play in the new construction game.. without it.. would not get very far. 

There are other sites to use for finding pics such as Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, etc.

After reading so many stories of success here on the site and really thinking pretty heavily on my future I had moved to the conclusion of renting out the home rather than “house-hacking” or making the home my primary residence.

More important have here talk to some people in the game.

But part of this game is following the Pareto Principle and building in a margin of safety for the big-ticket items.
