Green investor here and wondering what you more experienced investors/flippers/builders/etc. are seeing right now for new builds and remodels as a rough $$ per square foot in the Tracy, CA area?

His Toyota Tundra and 20-foot camper are both fully paid for and only two years old.

All of them say it's installed fine, but due to the layout of the property + a 10 foot easement by the gov't, it couldn't be made any bigger.

That way you can be more discerning in tenants, work on your management skills, and build equity while someone else foots the bill.

I'm passionate about wanting to get involved in this space and get my foot in the door.

It's unnecessary stress for them otherwise and you want to start on the right foot.

Here's a quick example, I bought a 24K square foot facility in a very small town in Florida for $500K 2.5 years ago.
