The bulk of his time is being involved in construction for many years who has been both as a manager and an owner but also a little bit of real estate.If I had to invest out of state and to hold my travel expenses down I would seriously go with an experienced Turnkey Company or invest into real estate with a man like Grant Cardone.  

Chances are they'll be excited to get another property right next to others they own.

There are a few HML who will loan to individuals and not just LLC's that would have to be the route traveled but then that also changes the way you should evaluate the property as well if it can't be put into a corp. 

I would like to invest in other states because I like to travel and see new places, and meet new people.

I'm pretty nervous and excited at the same time and loaded with questions.I don't have my first deal yet but looking into rentals and flips as well.
