So when you have the banks not lending and supply skyrocketing, the natural result is home prices go down until the supply eventually went away when people with cash started to gather up the supply.Today the market is different.  

PA written up for cash to get offer accepted then switches to a mortgage with 2 lien positions so the Title Co loved that of course. 

Bring more cash to closing, addendum that specifies how much the seller would receive should the property be sold, etc.Any insight on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

It's gotten better over time for me to connect with buyers, earn their trust, and figure out what drives them.It's not enough to just talk about numbers in a negotiation; you also need to know what the seller is going through and what their top goals are.

Or was it purchased in all cash?
