plenty of ways.. but I suggest local meetups and reia meetings network like crazy connect with people and find someone that has money .. go to the auction house and meet people there network network network. become their bird dog or hound dog and get your foot in

You should be able to find a pdf from a local gov agency, so you can reference the actual law.In Wisconsin you can use the security deposit to cover actual damages, like a broken window, a hole in the drywall, the kid's marker drawings on the HWF, the dog's scratchmarks on the front door etc.Excluded however is reasonable wear and tear.

On top of that my future sister and brother in law along with their dog are pushing me and my fiance to all rent together to save $$ if renting is our only option … ughh.If I pay off a chunk of my debt which is my car and student loans only, I throw away my closing costs and down payment money.
