Aloha @Brendan Davis -  Before buying any type of system or tool, what is your strategy? 

That strategy actually does make sense to rent it out for at least a year and then sell it to recoup that fee of the GC.

From favorable lending rates to tax benefits for homeowners, these policies are designed to encourage buying and selling activities.

Even if you can cashflow as a short term you have to have an exit strategy in case things go south.

I think most would disagree with the 15 year strategy but if you can afford it, its not a bad plan to build up some equity.
