Typically these areas are end up housing the areas High Crime Violent Type residents mixed in with the areas lowest income type residents.

Cash flow doesn't include non-cash items such as depreciation and amortization.If the vehicle is going to be mixed use, which it sounds like it is, generally it's more advantageous to keep it in your name.

I came across a property on the MLS and went to see it the other day.It is a mixed-use property with one (1) 3-bedroom apartment upstairs and two (2) storefronts downstairs.
