Your local zoning and planning department should have information on doing age restricted community

Ya, my partner is going to reach out to the planning department soon but I am not optimistic about the work that rezoning would require.

I've worked in the permitting departments in Irving and Mansfield.  

However, this particular case named Florida Department of Revenue and Clerk of the Court for Palm Beach County as Defendant.

Every time I call them, nobody knows anything about any of the other departments.

I tried to call the Kirkland city building department, but they are too busy to answer my phone.

It is a department of real estate compliance issue and your broker will part with you for something like that.

Come on down....lots of departments hiring.....lots of options in law enforcement....big cities like Dallas has plenty of action and politics and something like 750 officers short, so if you want to run from call to call to call to call and see action, there's plenty of it.
