I am wondering if I can save some money and just do the tax myself by using TurboTax Business, especially because it's the first year of LLC with only a couple of expense items? 

I am indeed shifting my focus to SFH in either Pittsburg or Brentwood, preferably with no HOA.

It’s TransitoryIn 2025, the apartment supply bubble will pop, fall off a cliff, come back to earth, whatever the metaphor you prefer to use… Permits for development, the last 3 years of inflated material / labor prices and much much higher interest rates has made the environment for apartment construction highly challenging.

I have a couple of questions about this:1.

I think it was just called their "Accounts Receivable" card and my limit is $8500 which has been sufficient for my needs, but I could foresee wanting to up that in the next couple years.

@Robin Simon  Aren't there some rules in Cooke county too, where if the lien doesn't work the way you expected you can just give it back to the county a couple of years later and get your money back. 

Couple of foreclosures in progress right now that will wipe out perhaps 10-20% of the value.

Either one will last forever......A well-done stain looks great with a couple of area rugs....But your bigger problem is getting rid of the water intrusion permanently.

If I get exhausted from that, I'll pivot. couple issues with the Oregon coast..
