Just wondering because I have a few big expenses coming up in the next three days but my LLC won't officially be ready by then.

The tenant I inherited was a bit  behind on rent with the prior owner, I was getting ready to start the eviction process once I closed and had figured out my options. 1.

Just a little back story.My wife and I have our first rental property ready to rent.

I have a full time career as an engineer in a large processor manufacturing company in Oregon.My goal this year is to be more active on the site besides just consuming every podcast in the archive.

I have been in an auction here in San Jose, like @sam shueh  said 3 of 5 properties were withdrawn. unfortunately I wasnt able to experience the actual bidding because the other 2 property wasnt ready to go auction before i had to leave

I have one right now telling me they want to move out and I'm totally okay with them leaving before their lease expires because they suck as tenants and I'm ready to be done with them.   

I've been looking to get into real estate investing for some time now but I'm ready to finally pull the trigger.

Buying out of state is still intimidating but we are ready to bite the bullet!

At some points I am ready to jump in, at others I am overwhelmed and feel as though I am missing something.

I'm getting ready to purchase a property in Chicago Heights, IL and was wondering if anyone out there has a good recommendation on a property management company?
