I would not recomed adding drywall unless our are planing on replaceing all the door and window trim as you will need to remove this and add jamb extensions to the doors and windows.Depending on what your plan is for the house your may be able to paint over it. 

I see a lot of confusion on owing the IRS while under extension.

Many retail businesses depend on social gathering and they have been hit hard, and many will probably not return due to the extension of SIP guidelines.

When you go to finance the property the original appraisal the bank will conduct will most likely be the same price you are under contract for.

If most of business is likely conducted in Indiana, is it better form there?

In other words, join REI clubs and network extensively. 

If the structure appears to be closer than 5 feet to a side or rear property line, you may want to hire a local surveyor to conduct a boundary survey, which will produce a site plan illustrating the metes and bounds, or legal property lines.

@Kevin Urena One thing to keep in mind is that there is a planned extension of the PATH train to the south ward near the Weequahic section so buying on a good block near that planned station could be a good long term bet.

as a beginner, I feel like I have done extensive research on strategies that I would like to use, the pros and cons of those strategies. but haven't really looked into who you would consider to have on your team to help you out. as of right now I have a good friend of mine that is an agent in the area.
