Anything from small sfr wholesale deals to larger properties including existing hotels, casinos, multiplexes, shopping centers, etc...

They are the best resources you could ever ask for because they are vested in their neighborhood and need to protect their property values so they are motivated to help you in every stage of our investments.

I recommend that, instead of giving out credit cards from the government (that are promptly wasted on gas station ice cream bars and traded for crack), we should have food centers in each county where food is distributed to needy families.

There were a few people selling courses (including myself) but you could not sell from the stage, you simply had a booth of your own in a separate room.

I work as a Finance Director for a Non Profit that runs a Head Start Program, an Alcohol/Drug Rehab Center, a Job Training Center and many more smaller programs.

I have been seeing a lot of properties towards the end of south shore, with the same proximity to the lake front if not closer but a bit further from the golf courses and upcoming presidential center, more towards 79th street.

While it is true that you pay for a mentor (I think in my market center it's only 5% not 10%) I would not call that fake, also you are getting some very close hand holding in return.I don't care that much about splits, because I cap after 8 weeks and then it's 100% for me.
