The learning culture is great and in my opinion it’s just very difficult.

You've got to learn from your mistakes.

I had to call about 200 lenders (no exaggeration) to learn of 4 lenders who did this and I have some tips.

Any information/advice is appreciated and also how to properly set up our company, how to eventually scale our portfolio and looking to learn more about funding and DSCR loan.

Read a few books on real estate investing to learn the power of leverage.
