People that are of sound body and mind and free from drug/alcohol addictions will find a place to live if they can no longer afford the place they are currently living.

Man has looked forward to this time and place in history for the last 6,000 years and you got able bodied healthy adults standing in the street corners with a cardboard sign and a cigarette in their mouths begging for cash .its sickening 

If it is that rough take a body guard.....off duty cop is fairly inexpensive.

If you are savvy with money and use debt wisely though like us ,you can leverage knowledge and get much further ahead accelerating the process instead of working for 50 years for an employer to get “ wheelchair wealth” when your body is falling apart and you can’t enjoy your money .

The "able-bodied" on disability are probably mentally ill; they are, as they say, "gettin' a [crazy] check".

I really enjoy scanning dozens of documents for loan officers and getting tenant phone calls at 2am, and I wasn't getting enough of that in my life so I started investing in real estate. 

I own three auto body shops and yes I’m a car nut as well.

Like the dude at the REI meeting who hands you a flyer with a property they are trying to sell, their body language seem antsy, and they just can't seem to look you in the eyes for more than a second and you get the feeling somebody is into applying makeup to pigs.

@Tim DonovanI like to input the property on Zillow rentals then scan the surrounding area to see what similar properties are rented for.

I don’t really want to do that to anybody and no body wants that happening to them so I don’t think that would work for me in this case.
