@Tyler Hardy I'm looking for a small home builder 800sqft to 1700sqft on the southside.

I thought this would take at least 12 months but it now looks like my builder is going to move fast.As I understand it I have two considerations.

Many of the funds are now paying builders to build new homes because they cannot find enough to buy and hold.

The introduction of the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, sells at an insultingly low $1300 for the camera body.

Skin in the game keeps us in when it gets tough.I didn't pay a trainer 1 on 1 but definitely utilized the Body Pump group classes 3x per week and small group HIIT ( high intensity interval training) circuits when I could. 

Neither was owner occupied but I don't know why you couldn't... tons of "ifs" - if property is affordable, if you can find the right lender, if you qualify, if decent builders are available... 

I tried to contact few builders but they are not willing to pay if of for me and be ablo to earn themselves more business with building 2 new houses.Any advise i would really appreciateThank you! 

Older guy, body failing, construction worker(and a fire fighter, driver astronaut, walked Nixon's dog...Twice ect).

Pain in the but to deal with the builder and wait for the endless delays but I am super happy we did it.

So where I live we have the AHBA (Asheville home builders association), green built alliance and a few others.
