Multi Family New Construction

Hey BP, anyone have experience with small multi family new construction (1-4 units)? I like the idea of low maintenance property that will attract quality renters. Wondering if I could potentially house hack a new construction loan.

Thanks,

Akiem

@Akiem Jones I built a little duplex in the past year. Converted an existing SFR to a duplex too (a few years ago). Neither was owner occupied but I don't know why you couldn't... tons of "ifs" - if property is affordable, if you can find the right lender, if you qualify, if decent builders are available...
