@Alesha Walker, a tradesman who wants to be hired for an expensive job has a vested interest in up-selling you on something that may not be your best option.

I think a great part about the business that let's it function the way it does is that not all agents and not all clients are always a good fit for each other.

I often see the 1% rule all they way yo to the $140,000-$150,000 price range. 

But sometimes the best solution is pushing the problem on someone else (just make sure you are not hiding any skeletons in the closet or under ground and not notifying them). 

I realize you are a ways away but if you get an attorney involved you are looking at more time and in my experience, most people are never are happy with the out come.

I have listened to many podcasts, networked quite a bit, and read a ton of articles - but at this point I am just overwhelmed/lost with what is the best route to go down today with the way the market is to cash flow because there are so many creative ideas out there.

I'm wondering if others have gone this route and what their experience has been with doing things this way vs traditional booking sites?
