My only point is unless you can see the future all you are left with is making choices that improve your percentage chance of success. 

If not, then Refi and restart your 15 with about the same terms and for 8k getting 700 less on your payments.This is a life style choice over a what's the math says choice.

@Adam Oliver Probably not a bad choice as long as you don't need the money for a long time (several years) and don't mind a lot of volatility.

@Brandon Baker there's lots of choices for high yield savings.

There is a fee for this as a percentage of your commission, but I think there are at least two choices of programs so I'm not exactly sure what it entails at this time.

I like partnering because that allows to achieve bigger results faster and the duties can be split with others, but again this is a personal choice. 

As a new investor, I would also be interested in finding someone who would be willing to go through some of their experiences with me and offer guidance on the realty market here and situations as they arise.I feel that if I can offer some value to you it would be beneficial to both parties.
