Do backup offers ever end up working and in what scenarios could my offer come to the front of the line??

But be sure not to be too cheap on furnishings, bedding, electronics, etc... obviously be smart, but putting the cheapest stuff, or bare minimum will not get you contracts like a vacation rental would. 

Very Make it Happen minded and very aggressive in terms of keeping realtors in line.  

At the limits of what this society tolerates in membership fee avoidance are agents of the IRS.But what's far more interesting for me is what keeps the bulk of the population in line. not the tiny minority of criminals or major tax cheats.

Here is the situation: When I originally hired him I inform him that I want to enlarge the room, to make it a 3 beds home.

Sure enough, while moving-in on 7/18/18, we saw Comcast outside of our house digging and laying the internet/cable lines. 

I charge $535 per bed room and they pay all their utilities (gas electric water).

The wife was going to leave a couch and a bed for him for when he moves in.

One of these properties was a flip, and I expect they have it priced too high, but 2-years ago I wouldn't have mattered.Bottom line is that there are deals, but they are hard to find right now, and you're unlikely to find them on the MLS.
