Do you carry yours at all showings you attend?

YOUR NUMBERS, IF CORRECT --- will entitle you to take care of 6 families that are responsible to pay you rent each every month they rent from you, your other job is to collect rent, listen to maintenance problems, attend rent court, clean up the vacancies and deal with housing code violations, securing the property from squatters, taking care of the lawns and snow all the while making mortgage payments.

What really got me going was attending REIA meetings, which kept me engaged and made real estate investing more real to me.Errol

It is worth attending and meeting other investors in person if you have the time.

Lots of people from NYC on here and tons of real estate meetups to attend.    

I attended the webinar tonight, but when I tried to get the free resources I wasn't able to.

There are, of course, neighborhoods you should definitely stay out of, so use your best judgment.As for meet-ups, I love to attend as many as I can when I'm in town but don't expect to be back for another month or two.
