Usually I make appointments and go with the first application from an acceptable tenant, but in an open house that seems silly.

Another nice thing is if I see a property I wish to look at I can schedule my appointment to show without having to call and wait on the agent to get back to you.Hope this helps.

I am rushing somewhere now to take care of my sick aged dad,  he has an appointment at the hospital today. 

I also have an appointment to look at land in Doral. 

Their excuse is "the snow, the traffic,  truck won't start, girlfriend had a doctor's appointment" - which is crazy-making, of course.

He had trouble getting the electrical inspector out (didn't show up for appointments).

Had 2 phone convos and made an appointment to meet an investor at one of my properties.

I'm looking for referrals for contractors in the area that can go to some of my appointments with me and give me a repair estimate/scope of work for my projects or wholesale deals I'm flipping out.
