I think having access to the MLS would really help because from what I understand there are a lot of tools you can utilize like seeing average days on market, seeing comparable sales, and a lot more I'm sure.

Hello Nurum,If you sell the note you will take a pretty good hit and a note buyer isn't going to be overly anxious to buy a Contract for Deed with the low credit score.

I too have been asked to do a Pod cast on BP and many members have requested it.. the owners of the site require skype and I don't know that one.. and a eye ball thing.. and some other computer junk.I was going to fly up to Brandons home and do it in his studio.. but he had a baby this spring so I thought I would do it later in the fall or next spring ..
