Is there any way to make money from these.I am an agent and I have considered adding seller financing to get these deals to work.Here is a sample deal I run into.House is worth $170,000Owner owes $167,000Monthly payment is $1325House would rent for $1200Should I advertise it in the MLS for $185,000 and Seller Will Finance.

I would try to talk down the origination and talk up the interest so your incentive is in getting the deal done quick.I'm seeing 15%, no fees, no prepayment, up to 70% LTV advertised from people I have no relationship with.
